Who fits

We need field judgment, not just camera operation.

  • Construction, facilities, maintenance, inspection, estimating, safety, utility, or trade experience.
  • Comfort walking job sites, mechanical spaces, exterior areas, roofs, corridors, or occupied facilities when authorized.
  • Ability to follow capture checklists and document observations without overstating conclusions.
  • Professional communication, punctuality, and respect for facility rules, access limits, and confidentiality.
  • Veterans, tradespeople, estimators, inspectors, drone/360 operators, and experienced field technicians are encouraged to express interest.

Performs walkthrough capture, still photos, checklist coverage, and structured field notes under project instructions.

Trade-Aware Reviewer

Reviews captured material for gaps, trade relevance, labeling quality, and bidder-readiness before package release.

Specialty Capture Support

Supports 360 imagery, drone work where permitted, utility documentation, logistics views, or secure-access workflows.

    Send basic location, background, project experience, equipment, and availability.

  2. 02Screening

    We review fit, professionalism, geography, field judgment, and any access/security considerations.

  3. 03Training path

    Qualified candidates receive capture standards, limitation rules, checklist expectations, and sample workflows.

  4. 04Pilot assignment

    Approved talent may start with a controlled non-sensitive pilot or supervised package support role.

Field talent supports documentation. They do not issue engineering opinions, change solicitation requirements, make agency determinations, replace required inspections, or speak for the project owner unless specifically authorized through appropriate channels.
